• Deposits may be required for certain projects.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee.

4. Service Limitations

• We will make every effort to match color, texture, and finish, but perfect restoration is not always possible, especially with aged or specialty leathers.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by previous repairs or hidden structural issues.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the item is accessible and ready for repair at the scheduled time.
• Communicate any special requirements or concerns in advance.

6. Warranties & Liability
